Signature — 99-110 SQ/FT. An intimate space for a budding professional building a clientele, or for an established pro offering one-on-one service.

Premium — 126-150 SQ/FT. Suited to an established professional, with larger windows and more space to define your brand.

Storefront — 185-250 SQ/FT. The largest suite at MINT, with industry exclusive private entry and space for several workstations.

The suites are finished in luxury materials: warm wood textures and natural wood accents set against modern decor, with semi-private windows and accent lighting. High CRI LED lighting keeps color accurate, which matters in work that is judged on color. Sound insulation keeps one suite's conversation out of the next. Through the shared areas, spa-like scents and subtle music carry the same tone.
