About MINT Salon Suites

MINT Salon Suites is a salon suite building in Atlanta. Rather than one salon floor with a row of shared chairs, it is a set of individual suites, in three sizes, rented by independent beauty professionals who run their own businesses inside them. Clients browse the directory and book with an individual professional. A professional rents a finished room and works under their own name. Most of what follows on this page comes back to those two facts: how the suites are built, how the building is looked after, and where it sits.

MINT is at 5255 Peachtree Blvd Ste 108, Atlanta, GA 30341, inside ATTIVA and near other luxury apartment buildings. For a professional deciding where to rent, that is an opportunity for built-in clientele, collaborative marketing and walk-in business. The building is finished with luxury materials and modern decor: natural wood accents, warm wood textures, accent lighting, and semi-private windows. Signature, 99-110 SQ/FT. An intimate space, suited to a budding professional building clientele, or to an established pro offering one-on-one service.

Premium, 126-150 SQ/FT. Suited to an established professional, with larger windows and more space to define your brand.

Storefront, 185-250 SQ/FT. The largest of the three, with an industry exclusive private entry and space for several workstations.

Which one fits depends on how you work — how much you keep on hand, how much you put on display, and how much room a service needs.

Building operations are MINT's job rather than the tenant's. The building has 24hr surveillance and access control, a dedicated property manager, an on-site concierge, common area maintenance, ambient music, and free covered parking on site.
