The Location

Why this corner of Chamblee works

A suite is only as good as its address. MINT sits where your clients already drive — and where parking never costs you an appointment.

Central to North Metro Atlanta

5255 Peachtree Blvd in Chamblee — minutes from Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs, with quick access to I-285, I-85, and GA-400. An easy drive for your clients, wherever they are.

Clients park free, in a covered deck

A dedicated covered deck — no meters, no tickets, no circling the block. Clients turn onto Malone Drive, park steps from the entrance, and walk in dry on rainy days.

A walkable neighborhood

Over 2,000 apartments within walking distance — plus shops and restaurants nearby. Your next clients may already live around the corner.

Walk the hallway and it reads as a salon — not an office corridor, and that is the point. Your client’s first impression starts before they ever reach your door.

FAQs

Salon suite questions, answered straight

Looking for a suite of your own, or looking for an appointment? The questions below are grouped by who’s asking.

For beauty professionals

How much does a salon suite cost in Atlanta?

Across metro Atlanta, private salon suites typically rent from about $250 to $600 or more per week depending on size, location, and what is included. At MINT, one weekly payment covers your premium suite, utilities, and WiFi, with no commission taken from your services — contact us for current availability and rates.

What is the difference between a salon suite and booth rental?

With booth rental you rent a chair inside someone else’s salon and work under their rules, hours, and product lines. With a salon suite at MINT you get your own private, premium suite — your brand on the door, your schedule, your prices, and total privacy for every client.

What is included in the weekly rent?

Your private premium suite, utilities, and WiFi. You also get free covered parking for you and your clients, a client waiting lounge with complimentary coffee and water, a listing in MINT’s online professional directory and lobby display — and our lead generation engine, which sends new client inquiries your way to help grow your business.

What am I responsible for, and what does MINT handle?

Someone else holds the parts that are not your craft. You bring the work — your services, your clients, your brand, your booking. MINT handles the building: free covered parking, 24-hour secured access, utilities and WiFi in one weekly payment, a vetted professional community, and common areas kept to standard — plus a directory listing, lobby display, and lead engine that sends new client inquiries your way. No commission splits, no service quotas, no product minimums.

Can I set my own hours and prices?

Yes. Your suite is your business — set your own hours, prices, services, and brand with zero approval needed. The building is open to visitors 8 AM to 8 PM daily.

Do I keep 100% of my revenue?

Yes. MINT never takes a commission or percentage of your services, and there are no product quotas. The weekly suite rent is the only payment to MINT.

Is parking really free for my clients?

Yes. MINT has a dedicated free covered parking deck at street level, free for professionals and clients on every visit. Clients turn off Peachtree Boulevard onto Malone Drive and park steps from the retail entrance — no circling, no meters, no tickets.

For clients booking services

How do I book an appointment at MINT?

Directly with the professional. Browse the directory, find your pro, and use their Book Now link to book on their own site. MINT doesn’t take appointments — your relationship is with your stylist, not the building.

What services can I get at MINT?

Every suite is an independent business, so it varies — hair, color, barbering, nails, lashes, esthetics, and more. Browse the directory to find the right pro for what you need.

Where do I park when I visit?

In MINT’s free covered deck. Turn off Peachtree Boulevard onto Malone Drive, drive up, and park steps from the entrance — free on every visit, rain or shine.
